How can I pay for my order?: We accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, all carrying no surcharge. We accept pre-printed company checks, cashier checks, money order and cash. We will be assessing a $25.00 charge for all return checks. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. We cooperate with the District Attorney's Bogus Check Restitution Program. All invoices are due in full and payable in accordance with the terms specified on the invoice. Late fees will be assessed for payments received after the due date. Send checks to:

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only apply to residents of Oklahoma.

How much will my shipping charges be?

We ship using the most cost effective transport available to your locations. This includes Federal Express, UPS, Airborne, etc. At the time we confirm your order, we will estimate the shipping fee.

Warranty: All of our products carry up to 3 years manufacturers warranty. (except OEM processors which carry a 30 day warranty). Manufacturers warranty applies on all special orders, printers and scanners. All defective products may be return in their entirety (including all parts and bundled software) to us for an exchange for up to 30 days. Manufacturer warranty applies after 30 days. Products that are no longer available will be replaced with items of equal or greater value at our discretion. All products must be return with all of the original packaging (manuals, drivers, cables, etc). Copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. All returns are upon prior management approval. All software sales are final. Warranty does not cover physically damaged, abused, mishandled or altered items. Items damaged by over clocking, power surges, water, brownouts, lightning or other natural disasters are not covered under warranty. Customer must request an RMA number prior to shipping any defective merchandise. RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. The customer will be responsible for all freight expenses including insurance. Freight collect shipments will be refused. No credits will be issued after 7 working days from day of purchase. All returns will be credited at current market value and subject to a restocking fee of not less than 15%.

Shipping charges are non-refundable on defective returns for refund. Those products found to not be defective will be returned to the customer with inbound and outbound charges to be assessed to the customer’s account. On defective returns for replacement, we will cover shipping charges to ship you a replacement. We reserve the right to offer exchange-only on any defective return. OEM products are not warranted by us and are not returnable. Manufacturers supply all warranty coverage on retail products after our 30-day coverage and on selected OEM products. Some OEM products carry a very short or no manufacturer warranty. Details on warranties can be obtained by calling us or contacting the manufacturer of the product.

Non-Defective Returns: Absolutely no returns on any products are accepted after 30 days from the ship date. ALL non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns, whether defective or not, must have an RMA number on the package to receive credit. Please have the following information available in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: Company Name, the Account Number, the Invoice Number, the Part Number, the Serial Number (if applicable) and a product description. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. When returning any product any time, please include a copy of your invoice. Products must be complete and in resalable condition for any credit to be issued. Please note that all customers are responsible for freight charges associated with the return of products as well as the proper packaging of the items to avoid product damage during shipping.

Memory and CPU Returns: Because of the major price fluctuations in Memory and CPU markets, Genesis can only allow the return of Memory Products and CPU’s for a period of seven (7) days from the date of invoice. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
